What PHP version are you using?
Site 1.
It is a third-party plugin ("responsive-tables") causing the deprecated messages so contact the developer of that plugin (most likely caused by the PHP version you have set).
Gantry 4 is way out of date on your site on 4.1.35 and current version is 4.1.43
Site 2
Same thing - it looks like Gantry, template and RT extensions are all out of date.

Ok so have you updated gantry 4 and template and contacted the developer of the third-party plugin?

Not as long as you've not changed any original template files and used a custom css stylesheet.
But always take a backup before doing updates.

Noooo... You cannot just update to g5 from g4. If that’s what you want then you effectively have to start over, they are two completely different frameworks. All available on rt site like any other theme.
