Hello
I tried emailing you but nota reply. so I am here in the forum to ask:
Back in December 2021 I purchased one of your themes for Joomla in addition to the included forum support.
What should I do if I need to gain support once more? Purchase the $12 package?

It depends what you want support on. You previously had a club joomla club membership which entitles you to down load any of the joomla templates and receive support for the duration of that subscription (now expired). Or, if you only want support on a single template then you can purchase a "lifetime" (of the product) subscription for that template and receive support on that only.
Either way neither of them cost $12 so I don't know what you are referring to there?

Okay.
I just need to get support on my existing template purchase.
What package should I choose? I remember there being some kind of "add on package" on your site.
I guess I should choose the "joomla basic: which is $38 USD?
