    SOLVED Caching J!

      Hi folks,
I would have never thought to ask this, but due to the increasing visitors number on my website, I really have to do some caching in order to maintain page loading speed (until now I had caching disabled).

Can you tell what I can do best to speed up my site? I currently have activated J! caching and Gantry does compile CSS config (although that isn't really caching). I also am watching my image sizes wherever I can. Could be possible that third party modules aren't always suitable for this, running J! icw Gantry?

Are there other (Gantry) options for speeding up my website (other than moving to a quicker server)?

    • 1. Put gantry 5 in production mode
      2. Install and activate a compressor such as jch_optimize
      3. Optimise your images for web use

      Regards, Mark.

    • That did the trick - significant gain in speed.
