Hello,
it would be good if someone could write few basic steps on how to setup Gantry 5 with multi language support.
What would be appropriate way to make this happen?

Please note that Gantry 5 is not fully multi-lingual yet - so you may iencounter some minor issues. But, plenty of members are already using multi-lingual sites with Gantry 5.
in essence, it's much the same procedure as with Gantry 4...

Basically the only difference is that where in Gantry 4 you create language overrides template copies and assign them to the respective menu items for that language, in Gantry 5 you create outlines and assign them to the appropriate language menu items. On the layouts for those outlines you can change the menu disaplayed (the equivalent of changing menu in the template overrides of Gantry 4).
So as you can see the process is very similar indeed.
