Global Configuration Crashes

- I am getting an error that says "Fatal error: Call to undefined method JStringNormalise::fromCamelCase() in /home/southea0/public_html/theitdept.info/components/com_config/view/cms/html.php " when I try to access the Global Configuration. I can't trace it back to any changes I might have made to the site and I've made no changes at all to Joomla itself. I'm using the Salient template which I have customeized for our needs. I find next to nothing on the Internet about this. I'd appreciate your thoughts. Thank you.
