Hey,
I have installed Callisto + Gantry 5 latest version
Everything workes fine. I love it but on my homepage www.rivertrotters.nl on a windows phone i see my 'normal' menu instead of my mobile menu icon.
I cant fined out the reason why.
Strangly when i go to another page of the website I see now and then the mobile icon.
Please help me, inlog in secure part.

Strange, i've got 5 messages from windows phone users, members from our basketball club, with the same issue.
I attached a picture one of them send me.
Its a nokia lumia.
Any idea for a solution?
I asked him to clear the cache but still no menu icon

- Make sure they're running at least Windows 8.1 which uses IE11

Thanks Matt but... i asked him to look and he is running 8.1
Two of the other members I know have brand new phones, nokia also.

And shit... the demo works... (see picture)
custom.scss i changed scss in .txt to send it
I deleted the custom.scss file, recompiled the scss, clear the cache and it didnt work.
Stil no icon for the mobile menu.....

So you did try it without the custom.scss file I take it?
You're running the very latest Callisto template? There were some mobile menu issues with it in the like the 1st 2 versions...
Try messing with the rem values for the mobile menu under the Breakpoint manager and see if that helps at all...

Make sure your main Menu Particle has it's Mobile Targetting option enabled... I'm assuming it does since it works for me and in a normal browser etc... but just to be sure...

Yes i deleted the custom.css, recompile, cache clear and the same problem.
Messing with the rem values for the mobile menu under the Breakpoint manager: i did, no result.
Menu Particle Mobile Targetting option is enabled...
I rebuild completely my homepage template from scratch. Still mobile menu icon not visible on windows phone.
Than, being almost crazy, I installed third party mobile phone menu plugin.
I hidden-phone my normal menu.
Then on the homepage you see the icon from the third party plugin.....
But i want the standard mobile menu from Rockettheme.....
The only thing i can imagine is a conflict with the rocksprocket module on the home page.
