No Update-Message for new template HELIUM in Joomla

Hi Guys,
i have installed the new outcoming free template "Helium" with version 5.3.0 at 10th July. Now it come an update on 5.3.1 but no Update-Message appears in Joomla. In Joomla Admin under "Update sites" there is no entry for the Helium template.
In the file "templateDetails.xml" the update site entry is outcommented!
Can this be fixed please.

Template updates are never shown in Joomla updater - (not even in Gantry 4).
