  • Gantry 5: Particle parameters missing

    • Hello,

      I actually have a big problem with Gantry 5 on my Joomla 3.6.2 website. When I clic to open the parameters of any particle nothing is displayed, only a voide white block pop-up instead of the parameters.

      Is any pulgin or composant missing or what should I do?

    • I think that the problem is in relation with Javascript but I don't know how to fix it...

    • Hi Samuel,

      The first thing to do is to update your template. Your version is 1.3.3 and current version is 1.3.6

      If that doesn't cure the problem then you will need to look at the 3rd party extensions and try disabling them to see what is clashing.

      I try to disabling extensions but still don't have found a solution for the problem so I'm stuck and I can't modify parts of my website.

      I imagine the problem is in relation with JavaScript and jQuery but my knowledge on the subjet are limited. Has ArkEditor any relation with Gantry? I read there something that seems to be the same problem as mine.

      I'm a little confused and don't know what to do so any help would be really appreciated.
