Issue with Gantry 5 and Joomla 3.6.4

Posted 7 years 6 months ago
    • Attempted update to Joomla 3.6.4
Received 500 server error "Failed to load 'g5_hydrogen' template: Please install Gantry 5 Framework" when opening website
Does anyone know of this or a fix for it?

    • I did try again and when the update completed I had this message:
0 Error decoding JSON data: Syntax error
Screen capture of that is attached
Same error as before when accessing Front End or Administrator so, I have to restore to the latest backup
If UID and PWD are needed, they are in Secure area.

      Thank you

      Kurt
