  • A field has unreadable text in the order form..

    • Not even sure if this is a module issue or Gantry issue, but regardless, need
      to fix it...

      As the attach. shows, all the data in the other fields show up. "Comments" does
      not. Need to have those comments.

    • What template? What created that forum?

      Could you please post a URL to your site (this can be done in the secure area tab if you prefer) so we can look for you. Without a link to page where the problem is on your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.

      need temp login creds?

      Click on the cart symbol on any picture. "Comments" and "message" is where the text
      remains white, all other field text is black.

      could this be the problem from the module provider:
      "Seems you already have custom css for input and select elements. Just add the textarea like this:

      input,select, textarea {color:black} "

      If so, then where? I take it i would put this scss snip in the custom.scss file?

      But... I don't think there's any need for CSS. All it is is on the styles tab of the base outline you have set the showcase section text color to white - so change it there.

      Not css.

      But now I have one final problem I hope with that checkout page
      and it may or may not be a template issue...

      The final page on check out is blank (image incl).
      From past experience, i'm thinking something is
      unchecked in base and home styles...? Otherwise...?

    • You're getting a SERVER500 error so you need to check the apache error log for a more detailed error message. Also, set global configuration > error level to "Maximum" too as that might reveal a better error message.
