    • Hi Neiko,

Have you checked out our video on inheritance?

You can find information and the video here - docs.gantry.org/gantry5/configure/inheritance

In my live site using Galatea I didn't have inheritance as it hadn't been released then. I will have to update my template as latest version does have inheritance.

The simplest explanation I can give is that in the latest version you can make all of your default settings in the base outline and then in any other outline you can set the various sections to inherit their setting from the base outline. This means you make a change in base outline and it is inherited by all other outlines where you have set the inheritance.

So if you open the Home Positions outline and it shows the logo area as inherited then you have to change the logo in the outline where inheritance is coming from, usually base outline. Go to base outline and click on the settings cog in the Logo module instance and make your change there.

      Hope this helps 8)
