Hydrogen- Menu editor says menu is empty but they aren't

I am having an issue where in Hydrogen > Menu Editor no matter what menu I select it says that it is empty even though all of the menus are filled with entries.
I have a menu showing on the site by dragging a menu particle into the navigation area of the layout, but I would prefer to be able to customize the menu using the Gantry5 menu editor to change the dropdown width, etc.
Be aware this is a multilingual site.
What have I done wrong? Secure tab has login info if needed. Thank you for any help you might be able to provide.

You didn't have Default Page set and you need to have one so i made one other menu.
