Delete a section - sidebars in 1 container

- I have searched but found nothing for something I would think is common so apologies if this is a double post. I'm working on Topaz and want to remove the Above Left and Above Right sections so that Above Main can be full width instead of 90%. How can I delete those two sections?

Those are controlled by the Layout Preset.
You could copy the existing Layout Preset's YAML file and rename it, then delete the couple of lines that define those Sections and save it. Then Load the new Preset from your Layout Manager (take a backup of your site before doing this for the first time)
You could delete those containers/sections/yaml lines it on your existing Layout as well which is /[template]/custom/config/[outline-id]/layout.yaml
but best practice would be to crate a new Layout Preset and load that
