In Joomla Global Configuration for Gantry Themes, there is a toggle to set "Use Joomla Images Folder." In Callisto template, when the toggle is set to use Joomla Images Folder, in the particles image picker, you only have the option of Gantry Media. How is this supposed to work?

I'm not sure the toggle does anything at all. When I go to pick an image, I see folders from Joomla/images and the template custom/images. Clicking on the gantry-media folder shows the images from Joomla/images that are not in folders. This is the same whether the toggle is checked or not. Perhaps this issue should be raised in github. Maybe the toggle should show non-folder images either from Joomla/images or custom/images when gantry-media is clicked.

Wow, that is extremely confusing! If you don't select Joomla images, you can't delete images at all anywhere (why is that?) If you don't select Joomla images, you see folders and images from both Joomla and template. When you select a folder, you can upload the image into either Joomla or template folders. However, when you select Joomla images and upload it, say to a template folder, it creates a new Joomla images folder of the same name and it goes there, rather than to the template folder as you would expect.
Is this documented anywhere in detail?

You cant delete it with Gantry Image Picker but you can with Joomla Media Manager. Also like i told you this function is to simply upload images to the Joomla images folder by default Gantry uploads images to the template images folder. Don't know if this is documented in docs i looked but didn't find it so i will ask the Team to document it.
