SOLVED Log for recompile errors? (Resolved)

Sorry if this is covered, I couldn't find it. Trying to port a particle... I understand the process, I've done it before. But I am getting a ton of recompile errors. The problem is the errors don't stay on the screen, nor are they legible (incomplete path), so I can't tell what I need to look at.
Are these logged somewhere I can refer to so I can fix?

Please post your URL, Username and Password in Secure Tab and i will take a look and maybe figure out what the problem is.

I copied Testimonials from Zenith to Denali.
I originally tried copying owlcarousel from Interstellar, but had the same result.

There was a variable in the testimonials.scss file and i added it to the custom.scss file as a default:
$light-grey: #312f38 !default;
Try now. - Available for CUSTOM WORK with Joomla, WordPress and Grav Templates and Gantry Framework!

- Well, i know error reporting is not good for that part but there is a ticket in the GitHub for it so we hope it will get resolved quickly so we know where to look, but if it happens like this in future its variable that is not declared.
