Yes wrap your article content in a DIV with the aos-animate on it. You could also do a joomla html override too and put the class in the override - but I don't recommend the use of override as they are a pain to maintain keeping up with joomla changes. That's why RT doesn't do Joomla overrides anymore with G5 templates.

seems if I do it in the HTML in the article it wouldn't animate the titles and anything else attached to the block. Maybe I will try and do something with K2 and articles instead that way I can update Joomla but maybe not update K2.
No, it won't animate the Joomla titles but you can just turn those off and put the title into the article content yourself - then it would do what you want without having to create a joomla html override. K2 would be exactly the same.
