Use of Feedburner or Google reader with templates

Hello,
Is there any way that I can use "feedburner" or "Google reader" on my websites? the templates that I use for my websites are; Solar sentinel, Infuse, Affinity.
I would like to have automatic news feed on my sites without losing their layout and order due to the RSS provider's logo or other unwanted features.
As I am new with using the system, I would be grateful if you would also provide me with the links that explain or provide a tutorial for your answers.
