    • My menus have stopped easing and my main photos wont drop into place - seems like some flash-like element has been disabled...I did just change my name and password for ftp access...it was incorrect and was showing this error message:

JFTP::write: Unable to use passive mode

now the flash parts aren't working...

      thx

      Roger1,

The Solar Sentinel forum is here:

      www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=192&rb_v=viewforum

If you haven't been here in a while, perhaps your subscription has run out?

To access the template specific forums, you have to be a current member.

If you thin your membership is still valid and you can access the forum, contact support directly:

      www.rockettheme.com/contact-us

I took a quick look at the site and noticed that out of the dozen or so RT js files that should be loading, only one does, I refreshed several tomes to no avail.

You might want to start troubleshooting by disabling all 3rd party components (scripts) and see if you can get the site to display properly.

If so, you can enable them one by one and try to find out which one is preventing the template scripts from loading.
