can't delete joomla folders in public html?

Hello! I'm new to joomla. I installed Joomla RT Infuse, everything worked just fine, but then I wanted to start over again, but I couldn't delete all folders in public html?
Anybody knows what's going on and what should I do?

Do you use cpanel? If so, you can select the folder by clicking the name and look to the right of the screen for the "Delete this folder and all files under it" link.
Do you get any error message when trying to delete it?

Yes, I'm using cpanel, and when I was trying to delete that way first it seemed they are gone and then folders would show up again! There was no message of error.So I ask my provider to do that instead of me, and now everything is fine.
