Form feedback page only visable to registered

I have just set up a feedback page to confirm and thank-you a form submission. However even though the page is 'public' after submitting the form it gives me a 'you need to be logged in to see this content spiel'.
Once again - I must be missing something. Anyone have suggestions as to what I need to do in order to to make it public indeed?

Is this form feedback page a module or a content or static content item?
I'm guessing that you have to set the Access Level to Public. (see attached pic) - The member formerly known as Roland Deschain

Roland - Yes.
Im using a php script from the /joomla directory to call the feedback page once it's been submitted.
