May I know what do you mean with "one system" ?
Do you mean with one domain? You can use subfolder and have multiple Joomla installation

hi,
What i mean is ,am working on localhost (,later i'll put in on live)how can i work on 2 templates ,i want to use rocketlauncher,but to install rocket launcher there should'nt be any existing joomla..
am i clear?

When you create (or want to create) a new install on localhost or a live server, create a sub folder in your htdocs or public_html directory (htdocs for XAMPP, htdocs or public_html depending on your server).
Take a look at the screen shot, I have 60+ install running on localhost. - Thanks,
