  • Help- Need Wordpress

    • Hi support people for Rocket Theme,

      I recently purchased a subscription at your site to download and use Wordpress themes. While I signed up and paid, I realized that your site had signed me up for a Joomla subscription. I don't know how this happened, and I want my subscription to be changed to Wordpress as soon as possible.

    • I have not heard from support@rockettheme since posting a few hours ago. Basically, if I can switch over to the Wordpress group, I can then download the Infuse theme and be on my productive way. I have not downloaded anything from the Joomla group that I dropped into. Your help please. Dan

    • Dan please be patient, I'm sure someone from RT will contact you soon.

      In the meantime, be sure not to DL any Joomla templates, as this will make it impossible for you to make the switch.
