Account problems - response time?

Hi
Just wondering how long I should expect to wait for a response to an account query logged through the Contact Us form ( http://www.rockettheme.com/contact-us )? Been about 6 hours so far, is that standard?

I think you should hear something within 24 hours depending on the volume of requests received.
Any thing simple we can help with here?
For example sometimes current members can't access the download area, or sometimes after creating a new account or renewing and account the same thing happens.
That usually turns out to be an issue with cookies so logging out, clearing your cache, and logging back in will fix the problem.

Thanks Jem. I hope it is a simple thing... I've tried to renew my membership 3 times now and it still isn't showing up against my account subscriptions. I've got my fingers crossed that my credit card hasn't been charged 3 times. Thanks for the suggestion on cookies, but that hasn't resolved it.
Guess I'll just wait until the account team get back to me...
