Right column menu missing phpBB3

I am sorry about asking this here but I am in a real pickle and there has been no response to my posting in the phpBB3 Infuse forum. So, if I get nuked from here I understand.
My entire USER MENU has disappeared from the forum. There is no way to login or out or do anything else for that matter. Need some help badly as the site went live.
