You ever invest so much time into a product (learning software) that it is almost as painful to leave it as it is to stay with it and work through all it's issues?
I looked around their forum and this one and I am not finding a solution so I am hoping that someone has found one, even if it means getting another extension. I am at my wits end.
I finally get everything working the way I pretty much want it to and then add one more very needed function to the form and it does not work in IE7 or IE8. It seems to be an issue with RT but I can not say for sure which is why I am asking here. That and the fact that I can actually get an answer here and at Crosstec it' s a crap shoot at best.
I have a section of the form that is hidden and when you answer "yes" to a radio button, the section appears. Works great in all browsers except IE7/8
Anyone have a solution for this?
many thanks,
Houston

It's always best to post in the forum for the template you are using or at least mention which template you are having issues with.
(Some of the newer templates have 'Input Styling' which can be edited or disabled in the Template Manager, while older template may require some css fix.)
As always, we cant diagnose what we cant see, a link to your site (a direct link to the issue) in the thread, or annotated screen shots are helpful, too.
Sorry about that. I posted here because the problem seems to be found across several templates so I thought I would go for a less granular approach to the issue and posted here but I see your point. Also, I normally make it a habit to put a link, but since the site is live, i scrambled to put the code back so that all fields are visible thereby eliminating the issue for now. I would have to create a special part of the site with special permissions to show you. Didnt have time for that. At least not until now.
Checked out the 'Input Styling' for INFUSE and low and behold turning it off worked like a charm.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you,
Cheers

(Like I said, we wouldn't know if it was a Input Styling or css issues without a bit more info, so I just posted the possibilities hopping one of them was right... )
Not directly related to this issue since it's solved, but here a a few links, FYI.
