Possible to convert a RT Joomla template to Drupal?

Hey guys,
I don't really have much knowledge on converting themes from CMS to CMS. I was wondering whether it would be permitted by RT, for me to convert the Dominion Joomla template to a Drupal theme, and whether it would actually work.

I'm fairly sure that under the terms of service of your membership you would not be allowed to do that. Can I suggest either finding another one here:
