Forgot Password error!!!!!!

Hi...
I'm use this template but i have a problem with the user function...
Before this I use K2 system for user registration. For user registration there is no problem but when I click forgot password and fill email that i registered, system cant read this link ( malaysiakitchen.my/index.php?option=com_user&view=reset &layout=confirm) and error viewed as below:
"Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /index.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
When I open my email, I found that my site send the token for reset the password and when I click the link given by the system and I have the same error.
I think this system cant read the url malaysiakitchen.my/index.php?option=com_user&view=reset &layout=confirm.....
I try to disable the K2's system to use standard joomla registration function but I have the same problem. I use other template for other site and there is no problem about that.
I wonder, maybe this template have major problem or useless... :cheesy:
That anybody can help me... PLEASE!!!!!!!!
