Upgraded to Wordpress 3.0 and lost everything

I just upgraded to Wordpress 3,0 and my site got corrupted. Since then I have reinstalled Wordpress and also updated the new Refraction theme from the downloads page on the Rockettheme site. I have to rebuild my site from scratch.
www.nana.net
no longer has anything in it. I also cannot get the sample Refraction to work. The images from the Rockettheme site are blank.
Is there a way I can copy another site I created with the same Refraction theme www.topiainn.com to my www.nana.net and just replace images and content? That would save me hours of work.
Which files would I copy and which would I leave untouched? I tried doing that but every time I copied over the wp-config.php it would point to the unfinished site.
