Joomla - Recommended automatic image resize plugin

Hello, I was wondering if any one here or team RocketTheme may be able to recommend a 'reliable' plugin for joomla that would take an image inserted in an article and resize it down to a smaller size for display in the article. Optionally also allow for popup to show full size (I already have a plugin for that so its not needed).
I have tried some but they seem to mess up other things or create conflicts. JoomThumbnails works great for example, but prevents two modules from loading and running.
Any recommendations?
