We have wait for 1 month and more the Affinity update for JS 1.8.
Is there a plan to release an update for Affinity?
Is there any timeline for this release? If yes,could someone tell us when will the update be released?
And the most important: Is there a developer that is working on this update??????

I fully agree with the question of Cazzeggio about the need for an update of the Afifinity template so it can work together with JomSocial 1.8.
I just looked in the general board index and saw that Affinity is still one of the most popular templates, probably due to the fantastic property that it is out-of-the-box ready to work together with both JomSocial and K2. And Affinity has a nice look and feel.
Last month both K2 and JomSocial came with an important update to versions K2.3 and JomSocial 1.8.
It is logic to assume that - because of so many people use Affinity - many of them are waiting for an update of Affinity, so there websites are both saver and have more or better functionality.
I know that it will be a lot of work for RT to create all the template override files. On the other hand, the basic files are there; they need to be adjusted.
Dear RocketTheme staff, please give all those waiting users two answers:
1. Is RT going to provide us with an update of Affinity
2. If yes, when can we expect that.

How can we keep it friendly if RT do not have minimal respect to answer us about it...
The Main Reason I have purchased a license to use, it was the affinity with JomSocial. Sure i use all the themes....but I'm really disappointed with the fact that they did not even respond to this problem.

- I would recommend posting your question in the Affinity template forum instead of in General Discussion. You will most likely have better luck getting a response from there. :cheesy:
