The "Solved" Sub-Forum Test in the Colormatic Forum

Posted 18 years 1 month ago
    • In my humble opinion, Markus Eyrich's idea of a sub-forum in the template forums for Solved threads is working out fantastic.

What a great idea Markus Eyrich! This should make it easier and quicker for users to find solutions to problems.

You can read Markus's thread on the subject here .

I think that this would be a great idea for all the template forums, we'll see how it works out!

If you have found a solution to a problem as a result of the Solved sub-forum, it would be nice to post in this thread saying as much so we will know that the sub-forum is being used as it was intended.

Long story short, if you have a problem or query regarding the Colormatic template, please check the Solved sub-forum first before posting - also, the advanced search is a great and helpful feature. If after checking the sub-forum and doing an advanced search yield no pertinent results, then post a new thread.

Between the Solved sub-forum and users using the advanced search, that ought to cut down on a lot of redundant queries.

      Cheers ya'll!

    • A heart RTTC welcome to you xyzulu!
I must say that I am very intrigued with your Rochen web hosting service and would like to discuss this further with you, what would be the best way to do this?

I forgot to add in my original post a reminder to community members to please remember to edit the original post in threads that you start that are solved and choose the "Solved" Message Icon. This makes it easier for others to find solutions. Thanks!

      Cheers!

    • Its a great idea! If it is used, people will find their answers much quicker than making a new request and someone having to type up a reply.
