You can get free SMF templates for the SMF site at
custom.simplemachines.org/themes/
Rocket Theme offer 8 SMF themes for some of the templates. You can see them at www.rockettheme.com/Available-SMF-Themes/
For the Rocket Theme templates, you pay $30 to gain access to all of them - the Club itself has been shut down

There are many out there. If you are going to use a Rocket Theme template which has a corresponding SMF template, then it will be the best idea to purchase them as they are explicately designed for that purpose.
You can also try themebot.com/gallery/?g2_itemId=21877 for some free templates
However, in most instances, they are very poor quality

Apologies, I used the wrong word - there are no Rocket Theme SMF templates that are free that are from Andy. (Ive changed my word to my intended one )
