banner covering menu bar

I'm seeking some advice on how I fix my problem
Basically I have banner that is covering my top menu bar -
www.thegatehousechurch.com - can someone advice me on what I need to do to move my entire bar below the banner as I dont really want to do a thinner banner
(the banner there now is there to show you what i mean - it's not going to stay there for that particular site)
