    • RT has been first rate. I have had only a few questions ignored but that was because I did not ask the question properly in the first place. It is a learning process. More than little humility can be a good thing.

    • I do think that newbies asking simple questions should have to beg for help for basic things that aren't always so clear or could take hours to find the answer to.

      I have looked for over an hour just tonight and for about 1/2 hour everyday for this last week, I just want to know if this is possible as this is what the person wants to happen, so I am now hunting all over the web for new template that would do this very simple thing.

      I mostly work in wordpress, I am not a big web designer but I end up having to do it, and with standard wordpress questions it pretty much instant, and some of the other template makers actually answer every one of your questions same day.

      Most of the time I ask about 5 questions per template.

      I fell so hopeless with this one I would pay to have this basic question for instance, its so hard to get any support for this : www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=18...07950&rb_v=viewtopic

    • well for instance if I put a link to a site, why not just link to the Mynxx template then ?

      It is just basic question about the rockslider on the mynxx template and how you can get it to display products from one category.

      the slider is the thing at the top that slides with the arrows.

      I will go copy and paste and help that other guy out and tell him he might have missed somewhere on this site that he should go make a dev site.

      The purpose was to show you that there is dozens of people asking for hand, what they paid for, and not one person even bothers to help until someone points it out, and then bingo . you have a really simple answer and can help them out now ?
