This post is not in regard to the disclosure about a forthcoming template, it is solely a somewhat disgusted response to the support level here and the following response, being the trigger after reading more than several seriously lacking responses from "team members" :

Wish I had read that more attentively sooner.
You are often marketing templates that include styling for third party components, as you damn well know its a big selling point for subscribers.
I took a membership here to supplement a membership with another template provider, as I thought it would provide a source of templates in a style not so much available elsewhere. Elsewhere being a template provider that
does commit to an obligation to support their commercially provided service products.
Upon consideration I have noticed support on the forum is slow and sometimes non existent, questions regarding problems with functionality often go un-addresed, or are addressed in a scornful manner, regarding the quoted entry from the TOS I now see why. Perhaps it should be amended to include :
1. Use at your own risk -
Caveat Emptor
You are providing a template service for a CMS that is widely used for its customiseable nature, to absolve yourselves of any support obligation without stating it more noticeably isnt good. If youre going to charge money for a subscription service you better include the text from no.9 more clearly on the page that leads to payment.
I'll probably just get slated for being another unreasonable criticizer, that seeming to be the way of dealing with anyone who doesnt have a suitable point of view so I will seriously be considering renewing my subscription.
Perhaps this embodies support philosophy
