    • Greetings,

I am trying to install Infuse using the Rocket Launcher (I believe it is Joomla v.1.5.15).

1.) I log into the install page enter server info.
2.) Next I reach FTP config, I give the information and try to auto locate path and the error:

Error: the XML response that was returned from the server is invalid

3.) So I pass on FTP configuration and press next.
4.) Next it asks for Joomla Admin email/password
      5. Just below that I press Install Sample Data button, and the error:

Error: the XML response that was returned from the server is invalid

NOTE: It's at this point I stop the installation to research the issue.

      Anyone have any clues???

      Thanks in advance,
      Robert

    • The first thing to try is to download the latest version as there are bug fixes to both Infuse and Joomla. Then we can troubleshoot from there.

    • Ben,

Why can't we address the version I have. Do I have to pay you?

      Just curious?

    • There's a lot of templates and systems on this site, as well as a lot of member questions. If there's a bug with a particular older version, it has most likely been fixed in the newer versions. Having to go back through and debug pertaining to all of the previous versions of Joomla and the templates just gets to be too cumbersome. Using the most up-to-date version is always the best starting point.

As far as support that's offered for club templates, that is offered in the members area for that club, so a current subscription is required for support dealing with any templates that are not released as free. If you don't have a current subscription, I would suggest getting one and getting the updated releases as well as having access to the members forums there. It's well worth it and very reasonable priced.
