    • I had a website "tech" do a joomla rockettheme site for me and it seems strange that on every link the whole page reloads. This takes to much time. Should'nt just the "main'' frame just change?? What did he do wrong? I chose the extremeties theme.

      try setting -menu as the module class suffix for the Main Menu module in your module manager.
