Re: Anyone know how to use an image protection method with slimbox?

Hehe, thanks Gollum:) Yeah, basically, I know that there isn't any foolproof protection..trust me, I've gotten past even watermarks when I wanted a picture bad enough!LOL There's always the stamp out tool. However, that is not what I am asking...this is not about me wanting to protect my images. This is about my boss wanting to feel that there is some sort of protection on his pictures, and he feels that his competotprs are not very bright, so these little tricks will stop at least 70% of them. So if anyone can figure out how to wiggle a no right click javascript into the slimbox.js or something, please let me know. Or if anyone knows where I would put some code into place in order to lay a blank.gif over the backgroound image, let me know. I have tried moving the javascript code I am using in the template that disables right clicking on images only from the bottom of my script to the top just before the mootools and the slimbox.js external scripts are called, but that didn't make the script work for my slimbox image. I think the reason that script isn't working with the slimbox image is because the image is in the background so my script isn't seeing it as an image. I tried putting a regular no right click script into the slimbox.js file, because as far as the slimbox image goes, I don't mind if right clicking is completely disabled on that, I just don't want it completely disabled on the whole site. Anyways, I figure I've ranted on long enough here...so if anyone has any ideas of how I can apply any of the image protection methods to the images that are brought up in the slimbox effect?
