Some Joomla templates cannot show menu

Hi All
We have a problem with some Joomla templates. Some of templates cannot show top horizontal menu correctly like affinity and akiraka and many more. We have changed main menu position from toolbar to almost all other values but nothing worked. What may be the cause. We are unable to use many templates because of this problem only.

I have same problem as person above. I have just installed infinity template and the module I am indicating to show up in " toolbar position is not being formatted as it appears in demo page.

I have solved my problem. I downloaded the extensions files and then installed the RokNavMenu and selected the menu type in the template settings.
Now my toolbar menu is working

Thank you very much all of you. This solved my problem. My membership has expired. Before membership ended I downloaded extensions for some templates. Is there any way that I can download remaining extensions without renewing my account?
