Something is wrong with gantry_joomla_framework-3.0.12

- I just installed the latest version of Gantry (gantry_joomla_framework-3.0.12) and all I get is a white screen when clicking on the template. The previous version worked fine. Could someone look into that ASAP?

Me too. Clicking the template link sends me to a white screen or just redirects back to the list of templates. Selecting the template and hitting the edit button lets me in but I get:
The parameter file /templates/rt_panacea_j15/params.ini is unwritable!
Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated in /components/com_gantry/admin/admin_format.php on line 16
Where the Gantry info is normally. (at the top)

- i upgraded to 3.0.12 and lost functionality of all of my admin menus. I have rebuilt from scratch using Joomla 1.5.20, panacea and Qasar and gantry 3.0.12. nothing else installed. as soon as I put gantry3.0.12 on, closed my browser and re-opened, all my admin menus ceased functioning.

Please don't double post as it only creates twice the work for us.
As for gantry 3.0.12, if you are using with a template other than Syndicate and having issues, it's ok to uninstall it and use the 3.0.11 version until the next version is released. If there is an issue, we will need some time to track it down and solve it.
Please do make sure that all your extensions are up to date as well and also check your file permissions, you're looking for directories at 755 and files at 644.
