This is a useful trick (prior to the J1.6 release)
docs.joomla.org/Show_a_Module_on_all_Men...except_selected_ones
in order to get modules to appear on all pages except the ones you specifically omit, such as the homepage, etc; however much of the template logic for RT is now buried within Gantry, so I can't see an (obvious) way of implementing this in Omnicron.
Any suggestions?
