Omnicron rocktab menu envy. Can I recreate some in Panacea?

Now that I've got my site well under way in the Panacea template, I see some great menu features in the Omnicron template's home page with menus using Roktabs, containers, etc that I would love to recreate in my site. Is it possible to use Roktabs in Panacea to recreate the example below from Omnicron? Same question goes for the "Inline Menu Advertisement" feature from Omnicron. Or am I better off just moving my site into an Omnicron template?

There is a standalone with some basic themes but you are not going to get the exact styling as shown in Ominicron, as a lot of the css is hard coded.
