    alignment

    Posted 18 years 2 months ago
    • i use quite a few templates from here and something that has bugged me for a while is alignment. sometimes you can align a module in a module position and sometimes you cant ..

      e.g. macphoria you can align a user module centre but in bubblicious you cant.

      why is this?

    • Hey Damo,

      All you have to do is...

      <div style="text-align:center;">

      MODULE CODE

      </div>

      That how I have my chat logo centered using onemorething on www.greccoconsulting.com .

      Note: it has to be in a div and not inside the <img>.

      Hope that helps you,

      David

    • Hi Damo,

      I did a demo on my test site using bubblicious, www.gcsdata.com

      I added the following css to the stylesheet...

      div.moduletable-latest {
      text-align:center;
      }

      Then added the suffix -latest to the Latest News module.

      Hope that helps...

    • you can try this, in most templates it's ok to remove the align="center" from the index.php itself, this will probalby fix your problem.

    • i couldn't find the align="center" in bubblicious and the adding the css to the stylesheet didn't work

      some exapmples:

      www.astonvilla.biz = you'll note that everything i've put into a user module i was able to align centrally

      www.dugdale.biz = can not align the google tower

      for some reason it wont allow me to align the user module which is strange considering others templates int eh club allow it
