I believe I followed the above to a "t" but of course, I am sure I missed something.
I had the log-in showing in Breadcrumbs but the window never showed any content.
So I double checked and even re-installed the RokBox via the download on your site.

This page is confusing to me. But, I took at chance and installed the top one.
RokBox System Plugin
I uninstalled and re-installed as shown. Now the button is there but the box is not even coming up.

Do you have?...
1 - both the (system) and (content) rokbox plugins enabled
2 - a mod_login module enabled and assigned to the "popup" position (this will of course depend on which template you are using). If it is Zephyr or newer then the mod_login needs to be assigned to the "login" position.
