Menu-less page not SE friendly and not in Breadcrumbs

Hi,
I have used the suggestions from Kyle (in the link below):

...to link from an article in RokTabs to another menu-less article. Works perfectly. Thanks Kyle.
My problems now are:
1) I'm using SE Friendly URLs and works fine on all pages except the linked (readmore) page described above. This is what I get: ...component/content/article/92
2) The read more page does not show in the breadcrumbs when I navigate to that page.
Any ideas how to resolve both issues? Many thanks in anvance.

Hi,
Maybe I must explain this a bit better.
I'm using the fantastic Omnicron template. I have some links within the articles and modules to other articles which are not linked from any menu items.
My links are working very well, thanks to Kyle and all other participants in the link in my first post above.
My SEO settings in the Global Configuration are set so that my URLs are SEO friendly.
BUT only the URLs for pages/articles linked from the menu items are SEO friendly and NOT URLs for pages/articles linked from within articles and modules.
Also, the menuless page links do not show in the breadcrumbs as well.
Are there perhaps some other settings I'm missing?
I'm real sorry but no link to my website yet. But I know this could be something general.
