I like how this website has a kind of menu that is a matrix of selection

Not a Joomla based site.
Templates from Zephyer forward use the new Fusion MegaMenu, but that's about the best you can get withing the Joomla framework and RT templates.
You can always post your requests for new features here:

Or look for a coder that may be willing to custom code something like that for you:

- Can't this be replicated by using a "Pull Down" panel inserting an article with lots of links?

- It might be a workaround, but seo is very good if its a css menu as all the available options are in the source..

Those links dont work for me, Im a certain kind of member only.
I will look into the mega menu and consider to get a new template but I like the simple style of versatility so would love to keep that.
