This would be cool, but as these are two totally separate systems, it would be pretty tough to implement.
You can get Joomla modules into the phpBB3 templates by putting the code into the "overall_header.html" or "overall_footer.html" files. You need to have the styling for that module included, but all styling from the Joomla template is included in the phpBB3 template.

Ok, thanks for help with modules!
I use p8pbb bridge and i use frameless mode and if i want to change template from light to dark then phpbb3 looks bad with light template on Joomlas dark template, that why i search for this module for users!

Why don't you use the matching templates that we have here with RokBridge instead? The templates here are not meant to be used in an iframe or wrapped at all. That might be the reason you are having an issue. These are standalone templates.
There is also a RokNavMenu Exporter for matching your Joomla menu in the phpBB3 install.
