Gantry update notice from 3.1 to 3.0.12 ?

I didnt know where to post, so I will take a shot here:
I am using the crystaline template and untill now I had gantry 3.0.12 installed.
I have updated 3.0.12 to 3.1 but now I got a notice that I should download 3.0.12 ?
please see attached screenshot...
I have a separate testing platform, where I have the complete rocketlauncher installed and there I got a notice to update to 3.1 ?
On my main site I didnt get any notice (bundle installed) and here this happend...
What is the right way to update? why didnt the system show a notice here?
which files need to be installed when updated? the framework? but what about the boostrap and the system plugin?
help please

- The message will go away after 24 hours, it's just the updater checker doesn't check more often than that.

- Ok thanks for that response... but what about the boostrap and the system plugin that are downloadable... do we have to install them as well?

- the plugin is installed as part of the 3.1 'framework' install. Bootstrap is generally not needed.

- because gantry only checks for new upgrades every 24 hours.. so it doesn't know that 3.1 is release yet.. tomorrow, if you check again, it will say 3.1 is the latest version. Make sense?
