Possible cookie question

May or may not have anything to do with cookies, but wondering if anyone can think of why this is happening.
I setup a GoToMeeting with a client who was experiencing problems with staying logged in. When she goes to visit certain pages (she's already logged in), she's told that she needs to log in to view the page. She showed me this, and I had tried to replicated on my own computer but couldn't.
To make things stranger, I logged in with my own account info on HER computer (again, via GoToMeeting), then the issue reproduced itself - I was now told that I wasn't logged in when I tried to view the same page.
Thinking it was a browser issue, we tried with different browsers, but that made no difference.
Bottom line - using the same account, on her computer (and a few at her office), we get told we need to login for certain pages, but using my computer, I can't reproduce the error.
Am I missing something obvious here? Can a firewall be the cause of something like this? - Google Chat: ennovative (at) gmail.com
