template by menu selection not working - help

- I recently updated our site to Version 1.5.22. Tonight as I was flipping through the site I realized that some of the pages (menu items) that I had assigned a different template to were using the default template. I have tried numerous fixes to no avail, even turning seo off. If I make the secondary template default, ALL the pages use it, but for the life of me I can't get different templates to display. This site has been online for over a year using different templates. The main site is http://www.southbay.cc and the items that have a different template are http://www.southbay.cc/ministries/sbk
